Gia grew up as a horse crazy girl and began riding when she was 8. At age 10 she got her first horse, a quarter horse named Special Kinda Pine, and special he was, as he taught her many life lessons and how to be a true horse woman. Her interest and passion for horses continued to grow. At age 18 she won her first world show in the youth jumper class. After graduating college with a business degree, she began training and teaching full time, at her Easy J farm, located at that time in Harrah OK. Gia has traveled across the United States competing in AA shows and winning multiple jumper world championship titles and national dressage championship titles. Gia is a certified trainer and has coached numerous youth and amateur riders to world and national championship titles of their own in both the hunter/jumper arena and the dressage arena.
