Horse Sales Policy

  • Horses are sold on a first come first serve basis to appropriate qualified homes.
  • We do not take deposits or hold horses.
  • No trials on any sale horses. Prospective buyers are welcome to come to our farm and ride and spend time with the horse to help decide if it is the right horse for them.
  • Horses are available until they are paid in full or a bill of sale and payment plan (including onsite boarding) have been signed.
  • All horses are sold with a current coggins, bill of sale and registration papers (if available).
  • Buy is responsible for obtaining a health certificate if needed.
  • PPE’s are welcome at buyer’s expense and must be conducted at our farm.
  • If a buyer wishes to buy sight unseen or without a PPE any other prospective buyers will be notified as soon as possible to enable them to cancel their scheduled visit or PPE. We realize it can be frustrating to have a horse sold that you want to come see or have vetted, however, many of our horses are sold to buyers who are comfortable buying sight unseen and/or without a PPE.
  • A list of vets available to do a PPE is available upon request.
  • Once a horse is sold, in state buyers will have 2 days to arrange transportation of the horse and out of state buyers will have 10 days to arrange transportation of the horse. After that time a boarding rate of $25 per day will be charged.
  • We have a list of great shippers available upon request.
  • If buyer is located in Colorado and wishes to obtain a brand inspection, we will call the inspector, once the horse is purchased, and arrange for the inspector to come out. The applicable boarding rate of $25/day will be charged in the event it takes more than two days for the inspector to come to the farm. The cost of the brand inspection is the responsibility of the buyer.
  • We accept cashiers check (payable to Easy J), cash, Venmo and friends and family PayPal for payment of horse.
  • All horse sales are final.
